Harold, we seem to be thinking alike about the contest rules. I like the requirement that the stock has to close at $2 or above for 5 trading days in a row before a winner is declared.

I also agree with your idea for a three judge panel consisting of Jonathan and two others to decide the winner. As I've mentioned before, it may take some judgement to decide what event was the event that pushed the stock above $2 since several factors could be acting simultaneously. (Example, suppose a week from now PRLN anounces it has reached a world wide deal with Scherer and the price goes above $2. Which event pushed it over $2? The news release or Leo featuring the stock in his newsletter?)

Should the predictions include a date? I don't know if it's necessary, but it could help the judges break tie. If two contestants pick the same event the judges could declare the contestant who most accurately predicted the date as the winner.

A chart showing each persons prediction which could be updated as more participants join so that we could see each persons selection at a glance. Would also be very interesting to know how long each of the participants have followed PRLN, not how long they have had a stock position in the company.

I like that idea. Unfortunately there are only about a half dozen or so people who regularly contribute to this thread. I don't know how many lurkers there are, but I suspect not too many. It would be more fun if we had more people participating. Does anyone have an idea how we could stir up interest?
