Greenpeace: The dress, if it can be physically linked to Clinton, means very simply that Lewinsky's testimony will be more than "he said, she said". You just don't get it. Perjury, obstruction and subornation of perjury are still crimes, in fact they are felonies and they are the same crimes for which Nixon resigned. These are no "mattress tag" crimes. The Republicans control the House and Articles of Impeachment will be voted. In the Senate, the President must be convicted by a 2/3s vote. A Senate conviction is more problematic I would agree unless the Starr report makes continued Democratic support for the First Philanderer equally problematic. JLA
