Have you looked at their latest quarter earnings??

Virtually no debt. I wonder, not being a technical market person, if closing above five would be considered a breakout. This one languished around four. I am in at 6.75 and have been a holder. Wanted to by more, but have doubts. My real concern is that they get paid by medicare in two ways, one way by cost, which cannot contain any profit. (61% of revenue)

Good things are new acquisition of Messick. Revenue down but still eked out a profit. This type of home health care is suppose to grow in market size. Even if they do not advance market share if they just hold they will grow.

Another challenge is a shareholder lawsuit. For a small company this could and probably will hurt the bottom line. Even if they win the still have to pay a barracuda.

I had an order in at 4.5 but withdrew it. Shoot. I am going to wait and see what next quarter looks like.
