A nice source of warrant info is at noddings.com Accordingly, CLZRW's expire on 11/8/00 with a 6 7/8 exercise price. Only 300,000 warrants out there. With the common at 4 9/16 and the warrants at 1 1/4, the warrants are a buy if you think CLZW can double before expiration. John
