Vlad,

This question about the Irish plant IS one question that I have never E-mailed to Vivus....but what is the point when they never E-mail or phone me back. And why should I pay for phone' call from UK just to get BS about picnics and so on. It is Vivus IR we are talking about.

In fact I don't mind the picnic but it should have been at weekend. I don't mind the penis shaped swimming pool either if Virgil pays out of his own pocket, but I hope we don't hear that Leland is spending 200K of Vivus money on a Feng Shui consultant. Better to spend it as bonus on the guys at the end of the lines who hold the applicators up to the light to check there's a pellet inside....Monday's press release .... "Vivus recall 10 million applicators lacking muse pellet", this is the kind of thing that worries me at present.

There was a really cynical post on yahoo earlier suggesting that those in power at Vivus were DELIBERATELY running it to bankruptcy to pick up jobs and options in the company destined to pick up the patent for peanuts.

I still have a lot of faith in muse and the concept of transurethral delivery, and the potential, alibra and so on...

But I have to say that if the share price rose 10-20% above my average which is now less than 10 I would probably sell. What would make me not sell?

Although I feel quite bullish that viagra has not literally decimated muse sales, a substantial turn up in the script numbers would remove a big question mark. I don't believe this will happen soon for reasons we all know. But to have a turn up is now not enough. It seems to me that even muse itself is now tainted by its association with Vivus. I think Muse needs a big name associated with it to restore confidence, that might persuade me to hang on to my shares.

What in the end happened to the dissident shareholder movement? I confess that I was too frightened to join when I heard that it might be illegal!
