Get real. Uselton had no idea there'd be a trading halt. It isn't something you can "request". The SEC is an agency entirely independent of the companies it keeps an eye on. Please? Let's not add fuel to the fire? What should anyone expect on 12 August? Nothing at all. The company needs to find at least one MM willing to file under rule 15c2-11. Maybe they will or maybe they won't, but the information required will need far longer than two weeks to be gathered.
