Currently we're in a short term pull back. It could pull back up to approximately 10% as in the past pull backs / corrections. Brinker said any DOW close under 8650 is a BUY Opportunity. The big risk going forward is fallout from Asia-Japan impacting the U.S. economy more than currently expected. I believe Brinker expects any change in leadership in the U.S. to have a very short term effect.
