As you know, I have never been a fan of John Westergaard and have said that many times on SI, mostly on Stock Swap and Shawn Murphy's "The Picks".

In my opinion, and experience, John Westergaard's notes are often used by Boiler Rooms as "due diligence" for low end stocks.

I don't know what Westergaard has to say for due diligence, but if he wishes to sue me I have a few examples he will not wish to contest in court. The coincidences with stock movement, his reco, and a sudden failure in the stocks are very striking.
