governments are divesting themselves everywhere, brazil just did, indonesia is going to, phillipines, several others, of their telephony monopolies. they know that they can do much better and join in the paradigm shift that is occuring and try to grab some of the pie, especially from less fortunate neighbors, and how will they do that, with growing, forward looking companies with great vision like dgiv.

look at the numbers brazil just got for theirs, i think mark c said it was several billion.
