Tim, maby thru the legal system its time to do a version of the
scorch'ed earth military retreat
its mine
but if you won't let me keep whats mine
and if you are able to take it away from me
then I will do my best to see that you can not use whats mine
even tho you now have it
and even tho for the next 1,000 years noone will be able to use it
and
Maby those dirt samples that John Yellich has under lock and key can
be used in a court of law to determine if the dirt of Black Rock really
does have precious metals. If the dirt has a grid history and is clean
from tampering, then ..... I bet soon, if not already, just like in the
X-Files tv movie, the dirt samples will disappear because of alien
abduction. Or, more clumbly, they will be "accidentally" in an
accident that causes them to be tainted and thus no usable as proof.
Sad thing about the scorched earth policy is that its like planting
seeds of hate and anger and every other evil concept imagined to those
involved....and its a loose-loose situation, no winners, only loosers.
And these seeds grow everplace planted, food and water supplied by
the pain and blood of all those on both sides.
