AXGI-- warrents October 31 1998 --75 cents Ga Bard, Do you think management will do what they can to get the stock price above 75 cents for twenty days before Oct 31 ? Someone earlier on the thread said they will be announcing a major deal with a well known store like AutoZone, Pep Boy's, etc. Earings will be out very soon. >As a bonus, the surviving corporation is offering to all its shareholders of record a warrant to purchase one share of common stock of the surviving corporation for every 10 shares of common stock in Auxer Industries Inc. Shares of common stock in Auxer Industries Inc. are to be exchanged for shares of common stock in the surviving corporation on a one for one basis.
