Chuck: There aren't just private contenders out there, some private citizens ARE making money extracting gold from desert sands. Small scale stuff, a few ounces a day or so, but they are making money.

I am keenly aware that one can say something works. Runyon can say it works, it works, until the cows come home. But it doesn't work until it is shown to work, and not the reverse
