quotes on all the exchanges

Options: when you call an options broker up,he brings up
your option and sees what exchanges it is traded on - Pacific,
Philly, CBOE, AMEX. He looks at each exchange to see which
one is most active for that option and where you can maybe get
the best price to buy or sell. This information is available to
the brokerage houses. I would like to see it available over the
internet! Are you familiar with any software that makes this possible?

Bid sizes/below the bid &/ask sizes above the ask: This would be like watching a level II screen. To be able to see how many contracts are waiting for the price to fall so they can be executed, and how many contracts are waiting to be sold when the price rises. Is this
LIMIT ORDER SCREEN available anywhere?
