Right. There are 14,4 million shares "144R" stock issued to NPEC in the holdings
of MDIN that's a fact. There are other "144R Stock held by the owners of the
Sierra la Plata, S.A. Corp Is that a fact or is it held by MDIN as 144R stock.?.

be in news, on company letter head signed by a officer or Director of the company
or it's a non event in my book. When IR makes statements and you or anyone takes
