Well, Hell...

I showed up hear wanting to hear reasonable debate on the issues and I get the same boring tripe I heard 20 years ago in secondary school:

Class, let's learn this lesson well: If you are a very conservative person, you are a Nazi. Now, if your leanings are to the left, you are a Socialist, no, Communist!!! Now that you understand, go and change the world...

Needless to say, I skipped the posts with one of those buzzwords in header. (and in case it matters, I will not respond to any posts with that kinda feeble reasoning either)

Now to my question. The way I understand the word perjury, it is not just a matter of lying under oath. It must be in a context that is MATERIAL. In this context, it would have to be MATERIAL to the Paula Jones case. Since that case was thrown out, isn't the perjury thing a non issue? Wouldn't that be the reason Jones so desperately wants her case reinstated now, and the reason that obstruction of justice is the larger issue.

Just curious.
