NCL: Hi Dale, My info is that the patent itself did not convince financial institutions to back them up. They are in a real financial crunch that they have to dilute the stock just to survive from one quarter to the next. Read the insiders selling report and you will see what I mean. They reported huge losses even after getting approval and marketing their product. The TA, Financials, dilutions, insider selling, and the spiking-trading style to bring to this high are really the key facts here to signal a short sell. Someone is pumping it and we should take advantage of this scam.
