Kurt,

I never questioned the strength of the board. But those folks are not operating the company day to day and that's what counts in an emerging company.

I like to see track records for those people that have VP and President in their titles, they are the ones that determine the strategy, decide on the tactical plans, and make everything happen. Those folks don't have their impressive career achievements posted in GMGC's literature and filings.

As for the novice stuff, I've been in this business long enough to recognize when things are flying fast and loose. I'll give you a few questions to ponder:

Why was the early financing so heavily discounted? Did the market surprise GMGC's executive with a positive response?

Why did GMGC run so much non-material media activity? I'll buy the PR was necessary in order to launch, but the news was designed to give the stock some internet cachet, not to build awareness for consumers. That tells me they probably don't have much experience managing the relationships between PR and IR.

And finally, where are all the resellers. I did some checking last week, not a single reseller in southern California was able to sign up a customer on launch day - no kits, no trained reps. I also found many are one-man-shows that have hustled themselves into a business hoping to capitalize on the signup inrush. So where are the name brand resellers and carrier commitments?

Some of my postings might seem a little negative, that's mostly because I want to know the good, the bad, and the ugly. On the YAHOO boards, you get blind faith responses to tough questions, how about here?
