SRCM - HYPE JOB STOCK PROMOTION CONFIRMED Buyer Beware The Illegal HYPE Fraud Promotion continues on the Yahoo boards with more of this today... <<<THE ONLY THING THEY ARE DOING ------ SOLD TO THE HIGHEST BIDDER--- NO HYPE.>>> And I just got ta think'n.... It's not Just that I don't believe this BUT... If the company were REALLY sold - or even had a solid bidder... 1. WHY Would Management be desperately trying to pump up the price of the stock by doing "Dog and Pony" shows? Seems like they shouldn't be concerned with a lil 'ol dip in the stock price if the buyout was a done deal - huh? 2. AND THEN... WHY Would insiders sell $20 million dollars of stock for 15-16 a share? 3. AND... WHY Would the company be so darn worried about the price of the stock dropping - that they have to re-release press releases? Man that's the oldest hype promotion in the book!!! Hmmm... I just caint figger out why management would wanna do all that if'n they had a buyout all lined up ready to go? Unless the rumor was just a pump n dump scam promotion HYPE job, to help some people blow outta stock and exercise 25.85 million bucks of warrants...
