David and Ghassan,

David, I appreciate your post and your attempt to keep me from making a bigger mistake by selling at the bottom. But there needs to be a HUGE discussion of Jerry Whlan's posting about the recent financing. His analogy to QDEK is stunning. First of all he is absolutely correct. Second, QDEK price was at 8 dollars per share when their similar financing deal happened. Sound familiar?? QDEK is now at 1/2!! Could this also sound familiar soon?? Nobody would have guessed this with QDEK back then, but at the risk of sounding like a broken record, it's the DILUTION that kills a company's stock. Not necessarily a company, just the stock - and that's all we have to invest in. Products and marketing strategies are MEANINGLESS when you embark on a financing scheme that allows for this kind of future dilution, as Jerry so eloquently points out. Ghassan, I very much respect your opinions on this thread, and I would really appreciate your comments about Jerry Whlan's post before I pull the trigger on Monday.
