Doug,

The street has an amazingly short memory if earnings continue to grow. However, I agree that we could see further declines. That's why I only started to accumulate rather than plunging in for a large amount as I did on CSCO and more recently on SUNW (which has since declined but which I think is very good for the three to five year time frame). I'll continue to accumulate CA if the stock drifts down - or if it moves up but with a cap of $40.
