Tim <<As to the relationship between Runyon, Maxam, Phoenix, and Omega or who the owners/principals are, that has never been made clear on any of the threads.>>

As I understand it: In the beginning, after God rested on the seventh day, there was a private desert dirt exploration company named Phoenix International with an LLC or equivalent of Omega. Dale Runyon is a principal of Phoenix International, but also happens to be the CEO of Maxam, a public company. Phoenix International is the desert dirt exploration company which is the source of the desert dirt land holdings for both Maxam and IPM. Phoenix International hold stock in both Maxam and IPM as payment for the desert dirt property. Does that help?
