I disagree because it would take a very large consortium or Cartel if you will to be able to buy up the mining rights for such a large area. Unless of course they only worry about buying up the rights to those who are successful at extraction. Richard, you know that I am very busy with pressing matters, can you please look up and post the history for those that work for Maxam? I am sure it would be appreciated by more than just me.
