I will try and answer all the questions.

1. WINR's is in the process of getting fully operational to start receiving money from previously signed and currently negotiated contracts (i.e. they have NO revenue stream yet)
2. The U.S. is only 15% of the worldwide gaming market (most people think it is much more, but it is far bigger in Europe and the Far East). Additionally, just because there is a ban in the U.S. does not mean WINR will not sign contracts here, just means that they will probably be with the government and not individual casino's (this is just based on the fact that I believe they have the only software that can regulate gaming and keep people from illegal jurisdictions off).
Additionally Germany just opened up the country to online gaming, so if anything the trend seems to be the oppostite in Europe, the Caribbean, Australis, and the Far East.
3. Columbia Financial Group is not an analyst, they are simply the investor relation firm, there are others that follow it (I don't know them all). I saw at least one on pennystockpicks.com (maybe others on here know more).
4. Online gaming grew more than 250% last year (this figure is the lowest I found in all the journals so it is probably conservative) and a Congressional study shows that by the year 2002 it will be a 10 billion dollar industry.
5. WINR has always said and I certainly agree that there is intense competition in the e-commerce arena. They do however offer a debit card that is tied in with a gambling account and which is somehow linked (although I don't know exactly how yet) with American Express, Mastercard, Diner's Club and Visa.

All of the above answers are just my interpretation and I hope they are informative. I encourage everyone to do there own due diligence and continue to separate the facts from the hype.
