Hi Spouse of DScottD!!!
I have a confession!! When that story occurred around 1986, the in-toy was He-Man and Skeletor. The editors wanted to update it to the current in-toy --which was Batman. (They were obviously right!)We still have in the attic a bag of at least 60 He-Man figures and vehicles. I'm hoping to make money off them some day.
Do the Batman figures today come with those little comic books? I had to read those aloud every night while Ammo acted the story out with the figures. He knew them all by heart. Today he loves Stephen King and has recently discovered the joys of science fiction. I'm sure this love of great literature had its roots in the nightly readings of the He-Man comic books. So be warned.
