Randall Baker is the Chief Financial Officer of Bahui USA and is a
member of its board of
directors. After discharge from the United States Navy, Mr. Baker began
his investment
career with the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange. After leaving the stock
exchange, Mr. Baker worked in the securities industry, including twenty
years with Wm. Mason & Company of Los Angeles, where he served as its
Executive Vice President. Mr Baker was responsible for data systems,
