Dear James,
What is the most expedient way of ridding ourselves of this, to me I lean towards the company getting involved through a buy back for the following reasons:
1. We are attracting more investors daily and these investors can and
will bring more aboard. As opined prior (by many), the what if
scenario of share price without this overhead is doable.
2. While there are natural trading hurdles to being on the BB, they are
surrmountable without this overhead.
3. The shareholders have demonstrated to the Company for months
our willingness to fight this battle, a little help by the Company to
take out these last pesky shares would be more then welcome.
4. A few dollars spent now ( agreed cash and no other) would be
nothing compared to the value that would be added.
5. This is the main distraction of us all, as time is money, ending it
asap is in all our best interest.
6. It is my observation that they have no desire to dump and get out they seem to lurk and wait for news and hinder that success, (another reason that everything should come from company, regardless of intentions)
No thought is inclusive, some are redundant, ,, DP
