Shoes, I saw that ACTC was removed from the group, and I apologize for suggesting it in the first place. While their revenue growth was impressive, it has not kept pace with the growth in their shares outstanding, and as a result, it has diluted itself, as ACT management had deluded us all.

I have recently found a very interesting company called Proformix Systems, and I am very impressed with them. I know you are reluctant to be involved with OTC BB stocks, but this one may be different.

Approx. 5 million shares outstanding, 80% closely held, and $3 million in sales for 1997, with $6.5 million shares and a small profit in 1998 projected.
