Janice, Say you're in the market to buy a building. You look around for a while and you see something that has real potential but, it needs a lot of work. There are problems with the structure, the management, etc. and the owners need to sell. You know that with your resources and expertise you could buy the building, completely renovate it inside and out, and turn it into a real gem. So, you buy the building. You start the renovations - everything is going along well. You continue with your plan to acquire other buildings and do the same. A few months down the road the person you bought the building from is accused of committing a crime.
Does that mean that you were involved in the crime, too?
Danny has nothing to do with MTEI. He got EDII from Christiansen and made it into a wonderful gem. That is his only association with Christiansen.
When he took over EDII, Gort's contract was part of the deal. AS SOON AS THE CONTRACT EXPIRED, HIS RESIGNATION WAS TENDERED. That occurred 4 months ago. And, as mentioned before, his name appearing on the bottom of the last announcement was a clerical error -- Janice, you know that people make mistakes, or a "slip of the fingers".
Take another example. Warren Buffett -- he took a few companies that were in dire straits due to poor management or whatever -- he went in, restructured them completely and the rest is history.
Give it a rest.
