Let me answer the question as to the number of common shares issued. According to Caldera's 1997 annual report the number of common shares on Dec 31, 1996 was 12,984,350 and the number on Dec 31, 1997 was 18,822, 207. Therefore, there has not been any new release of shares this year. Earlier messages saying the company only has 10,000,000 shares issued were in error. Some sources on the internet such as investcom say the number is 13,000,000, which is also in error and represents an out-of-date 1996 number. This confusion would not have arisen if Caldera had made their annual report available on their internet site.
