I have looked the company over thoroughly. The company has gone through quite a transition! Originally publishing, now the kiosk business and no publishing! The Web Site seems to be a non event. Therefore they appear to have all of their eggs in the Kiosk market. My concerns are as follows. They do not manufacture and have no patents. So competition has a free run at them, including the manufacturer!! Can they manufacture enough to sustain a growth business? Are they in the early Xerox zone one product, stiff competition risky future?
Can they set up maintenance contracts and use this as a profit center? Probably not. The share structure is risky. Fully diluted there are over 20,000,000 shares!
This with a company with no revenue and little or no sales. The low exercise price on the warrants puts a lid on any price increase. How do you get the price up to meet a Major Exchange listing requirement? Looks like a reverse split. Weak. Does the management know how to manage a public company? These are my initial thoughts and questions. As you can tell I am interested, the product looks good. Are the fundamentals here? Answers anyone.
