Retro, I agree with you. I think that oil has tanked and will stay tanked for a while. (Sorry about the pun.) I was curious about your thinking on UPR. In the Barron's article it mentions that they cut their current rig count to 18 from 250 a year ago. It's clear they are sitting and waiting.
