RE: Delisting

>>> The best indicator of profitability will be the price rallying to $1 which avoids a deadly delisting or reverse stock split to support the price. I'd guess Nasdaq will allow QDEK another quarter to get above $1 on the strength of QDEK's history, 15M cash reserves, trading volume, and market makers. <<<

A reverse split or a rally to $1 may not be enough to prevent delisting. In addition to the $1 per share minimum bid requirement, QDEK has now been below the $4 million minimum net tangible assets requirement for two quarters running. Currently being over $15 million in the hole with the probability that the September quarter will also produce losses, I don't know if QDEK will be able to avoid a "Dear John" letter from the NASDAQ.
