OT: not so.. slot machines are programmed NOT by the pull (usually) but rather by a random clock that continually is changing a value
rapidly... if you pull the lever at the right second.. the clock stops and checks to see if the clock value matches a winning value and you
are paid... the trick is that the clock is programmed to only allow
itself to cycle through the winning numbers only so often..

to say that you would have pulled the lever at the exact SECOND that
the next person did is HIGHLY unlikely... it wasn't the fact that she/he had the next pull but rather that they pulled it at the right
second..

now, am I a gambler.. nope... but I do subscribe to a neat little
newsletter called.. uhmm.. shoot can't think of the name.. it has all kinds of things in it.. from food to medicine to health to relationsihps to the stock market.. very interesting..

jim (anyway, you're right.. that the downside seems minimal here and that to sell now might be questionable.. )
