I have seen many on this and ipm thread say that the company was of no value to anyone.that investors should just get the land. The company shell is of utmost importance because if you lose that you have no public company and no shares. It cost millions to form a public company! It can still be traded and could be reinstated to the OTC fairly easily if it was restructured. I am also sure that IPM has tons of data and equipment etc of worth. About the only thing that is of no worth to SHs is the BOD! Mr Knight on the IPM thread is right, the management of IPM has shown total contempt toward its SH's. I called
some people and found out that the Black Rock claims are all in Omegas name, a branch of Dale Runyon so i'm sure they will pay the continuence fees on the land themselves as it is a valuable asset to them. If IPM doesnt do something soon, Mr Runyon can sell it again!!
Why dont we demand a shareholders meeting? I know from other companies that this can be done, though i'm not sure how. That to me would be a
good step so we can find out just they are up to!
