I really doubt that Datek executes on the NYSE... simply because of their commission structure. If you have a 2000 share limit order, the specialist gets 1c per share, so every 2000 share limit order would be a losing transaction for them. I also don't think there giving 100 share limit orders to a floor broker to execute ... it wouldn't be economic to pay one with a $10 commission involved (or whatever it is).
