For me to hold a position, the company must increase revenue OR net come and have growth prospects and have decent balance sheet, very little intangibles such as good will, trade at low multiples compared to others in the sector and have cash on hand so they can grow without hitting the lenders.

CMND fits the bill. For me to add, which incidentally I intend to do if the story unfolds as we expect, the net income should catch up to revenue growth. Of course, I'd like to anticipate that and only way I can make a calculated guess is if and when they announce contracts. We have first sign of it in huge hiring binge they are on. The only question is whether it will take 1 quarter or 2-3 quarters before we see better numbers in terms of margin and net income.
