Jeffrey, Osicom Tech and Presstek are two other companies that have filed suits against posters on SI. Please remember that anyone can sue anyone else in civil court for anything. I consider the filing of a lawsuit to be a red flag against a company, and immediately place the name on my list of stocks to be considered for short selling. The filing of these kinds of suits show the company is more concerned with the sale of stock than with the business at hand.
