There is the other side to the coin too: stocks in the 30s don't take long to get into the single digits. Take IFMX for example (though of course there is no analogy here with DELL). Also, 3:2 and 2:1 splits have historically provided the greatest appreciation post-split. I don't expect DELL to split 3:1, and hope they don't do that either. Dell-icious
