If this is the future, we're in trouble:

I'm I London right now and there is an article in a newspaper called Sunday Business. They report that BSkyB is giving away their digital satellite hardware, that's right giving it away, if you sign up for the full 140 channel package. They and a terrestrial company called British Digital Broadcasting both will offer digital TV later this year and BSkyB is coming on line first and wants to make a big splash, so they announced the free offer. On top of that, BSkyB will offer 140 digital channels while British Digital will offer only 15 digital and 15 off-air channels, plus their set top costs $300, compared to $150 for the satellite hardware. Why in the heck is BSkyB giving it away?
