Dear Colonel:
I hope the saying is truethat it is always darkest before the dawn.I promised an improved presentation over Dayton.We did a computerized,color slide presentation with video and audio interlaced. A vast improvement over Dayton.
At Dayton,we had three company representatives,at Newark,we had 16 representatives.Several people who attended the meeting attested to the professionalism of our employees already on the boards.In fact, one shareholder,Mr. Parissi,asked how me we could afford such quality personnel.That was answered in the presentation.
We unveiled two new exciting products at Newark and answered,quite feely,all questions with respect to sales and earnings for this year and next. We showed the "sizzle" and the "steak". In fact,at current prices,we are selling at only 2.6 to 5.0 times next year's earnings.
