I read the Barron's article at lunch and they seem to agree with me on my last week purchase of BR and UPR. I think that the rig utilization with respect to UPR is generally correct. I'm in south Louisiana and spoke to a pumper who a couple of weeks ago who mentioned that UPR was not going to drill further (assuming no lease maintenance) until prices go up.
