Dear Shareholder, I hope your right about TELS dropping to a Dime! If it does, it means that investors could buy a substantial position in a profitable company for 530% below book! 5% would cost around $20,000.00 Will it happen? I honestly don't believe so but you can DREAM! Last TELS was up 11% for the 52 week period ended July 31, 1998 What was the Russell 2000 up for the last 52 weeks? Have fun!
