goldsnow, anyone: where are the korean chaebols getting the $$$$ to subsidize their unprofitable units? Cash flow? Bank borrowing? Are banks still being told by bureaucrats what loans to make? If so, it seems like nothing of substance has changed in s.k. except for the suffering of alot of the common folks. One of the reasons the IMF $$$ are being held up in congress is because many want to make sure that the subsidy practices cease completely. yeah, right.
