Mgtment does not/nor ever blamed Nasdaq for the rule changes.

It was other bad apples out such as: Teletek Inc., Comparator Systems Corp., Healthtech Int., Camlot Corp., & Incomed Corp. that prompted chages in Nasdaq listing requirements.

TELS has been here before and adapted/complied in the past.

In closing, Camlot Corp. reversed its stock in compliance with Nasdaq rules THERE WERE KICKED OFF ANYWAY! Check Historical NEWS for CAML. The plan fact that TELS was given until May 28, 1998 to comply shows that FUNDAMENTALS STILL SPEAK VERY LOUDLY IN THE CAPITAL MARKETS!

Also even if TELS is de-listed for a technicality its not the ended of the world. Check out LGTK they were de-listed in 1992 when that round of Nasdaq changes came through. That business has continued to grow and has a growing following even though on the BB!
