It is most interesting that you ignore things like "The SEC also contends that Reynolds Kendrick directly rigged the bidding for Future Communications shares--in other words, the prices that investors saw in the marketplace." and "Specifically, the SEC claims that Khan acquired substantial control of the market for each stock, restricted the available supply of shares, purchased shares to stabilize or raise the price of each stock, executed unauthorized trades, parked stock in fictitious accounts and created demand by making misleading statements and "touting wildly exaggerated earnings projections" on the Internet and to investors" and other alleged acts of manipulation and say that his posting was the manipulation. I did not see anywhere in the 2 articles hyperlinked that he had posted on SI as you claim. The manipulation alleged is not solely dependent on Constitutionally protected Internet publication of his projections for the stock, but other overt acts which were in fact necessary elements to the crime alleged.
