A post from niceTLCman Re: Rumors that turn into facts quickly.
Burditt has run deceit to its highest potential in Cayc.
Now that Yarmak has stopped Burditt from authority in Olex there will be assets to save and a company to produce revenues that will cover company expenses rather than fancy living for Burditt.
Timmins has a lot to answer as it now appears he and Burditt had a sweet partnership deal going. Oilex assets or pieces of Oilex assets seem to have found a home in a partnership with the first two letters, "BT". The "B" stands for Burditt, and the "T" must stand for Timmins. So Oliver Timmins the President of Oilex and Cynthia Timmins the Secretary of Oilex, without disclosing to Oilex shareholders are wearing two hats. And this BT partnership gains benefits that rightfully belong to the shareholders of Oilex. And this Timmins team let Burditt get control over the Oilex bank accounts while the millions of debenture money was received and embezzled and used for the high living style of Burditt. Oliver and Cynthia Timmins were both Directors of Oilex and controlled the corporate minutes and were in a position to make entries that were not accurate to deceive the auditors and keep the other two Directors, Richard Clark and Deborah Sacrey, in the dark.
The same scene was used with the Directors in Caye Chapel. Clifford Budd, Gary Giles and Gary Geer, were Directors in name only of Caye Chapel, but in realty appointed by Burditt and kept in the dark. He needed their prestige to cover his dealings of deceit. And as Jstockscom reports, Quote, Ken Liebscher, the CEO and Director in Caye Chapel, was in the dark, he was not consulted when the company made news releases. By the way, Richard Clark, the CEO of Oilex, was in the same position, THE NAME CEO, but with no decision making, nothing but a deceit on the investors who expected talented and respected CEO's to be in charge. And Liebscher and Clark permitted the deceit to continue and harm the shareholders. And all the while the strings were controlled by Burditt. |
