True... this stuff gets beaten to death everywhere, over and over again, but new lotsa people come in and aren't aware of your excellent posts both here and there.


And it also seems a lot of people barge in and talk of RNTK and GTL -- as did the author of the article cited a few messages back.


Your comments further strengthen my opinion that he didn't know what he was talking about ... or perhaps had a different vested position.


Now a related question, if you please. You stated: RNTK is off the radar screen with other natural gas to liquids processes. Cobalt is the catalyst of choice for that conversion for many reasons I have mentioned in the past.


Earlier here or somewhere there was discussion that some natural gas was too polluted ("dirty") to work with a cobalt catalyst. Do you think this is still true? Please note that I recognize that the $25 bbl cost limitations would still apply ... just wondering if there is a potential use for RNTK in so-called dirty GTL. Your thoughts?
