Dear Zvi,
Thanks for the link to Globes and the harsh quote about Pars management. Although I have been critical of management over the Castle Creek deal, I think the Globes article was a bit harsh and really not helpful over than to plug an individual as a P.R. man that the author Doron Avigad wanted Pharmos to hire.
Management cannot stop Castle Creek from shorting the Pharmos stock . When they finish selling their anticipated shares they will get as a result of the conversion of the Preferred stock, Pharmos will go up. This is a key week coming up. As Omer pointed out, there was buying interest on Friday which absorbed the 360,000 shares that were traded. No one has noted that Castle Creek gets no interest on their $5,000,000 loan. So to delay their conversion of preferred stock could be costing them money. If the stock makes any move this week on the positive side, I look for them to convert their shares.
Regards,
Robert,
