Thanks Jan. There should be a fair amount of stock coming on the market from the acquisitions and VCs. If I were a vested insider or VC, I would either sell or do a secondary in which the insiders would be given an opportunity to tender a large portion of their shares. What may be keeping the company from doing a secondary to retire their junk bond senior debt (it gets paid off first if this company goes bankrupt) is that it would be difficult for any under writer to support the price or prevent stockholders lawsuits against themselves if the price drops afterwards.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?
