That is my guess too. Although the day of the announcement the stock went up 6 pts. Look at TBH, rough calculations indicate it is worth 280 per share. Friday the stock closed down 5 pts lower. It will be interesting to see how all those great companies (TBR, Telefonica, and ALA) will perform this week. I personally watch ala and tbh very closely.
